The challenge
Training material was scattered across several places, while attendance and marking were handled by hand. There was no way to see how far a learner had got, who was about to drop off, or which courses actually worked.
Our approach
We built a platform covering the full course lifecycle: authoring content, assigning learners, running assessments, marking and issuing certificates. Progress is recorded per lesson and surfaced on a dashboard for training managers. The interface is built mobile-first, since most learners come in outside working hours.
The outcome
The training team can follow each learner in real time and step in early where someone is at risk of dropping out, instead of only learning the outcome once a course has finished.
