FAQ

What clients ask before we start

How long does a project usually take?

Most of our projects run three to six months to a first production release. After the discovery phase (one to two weeks) we give a phased estimate rather than a single number.

How is pricing calculated?

It depends on the engagement model. Fixed-scope projects are quoted against an agreed scope. Dedicated teams are billed monthly. Advisory and augmentation is time and materials. We always send a cost breakdown before signing.

Do we own the source code?

Yes. All source code, documentation and infrastructure configuration belong to you, transferred throughout the engagement rather than held back until the contract ends.

What happens after handover?

Every project includes a warranty period covering defects within the accepted scope. After that you can take an operations and continued development plan, or run it yourself with the documentation we hand over.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. Our team works in both Vietnamese and English and is used to collaborating across time zones through clear written documentation and regular synchronous check-ins.

Will you take over a system another team built?

Yes. We start with an architecture, security and code quality audit, then propose a takeover plan ordered by risk. We will say plainly if a rewrite is the more sensible option.
